Adult Introductory classes are only scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7 PM.
Adult 16+ Kickboxing trial class Monday and Wednesday 6-7 pm
Kids 4- 8-year-olds trial class only on Monday and Wednesday 5-6 pm
Teens 9-12 Class Monday and Wednesday at 6-7 pm
Please arrive 10 minutes early to be dressed and ready for class, if you are late you will have to book another trial
